When you submit the booking inquiry form on this site, we collect:

• An estimate of your patient database size

This information is submitted voluntarily. We do not use cookies for advertising or remarketing.

This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the site: pages viewed, scroll depth, and button clicks. These tools may use cookies or local storage to track sessions. No personally identifiable information is linked to this data. You can opt out of Google Analytics via Google's opt-out browser add-on.

How We Use It

Information submitted through our inquiry form is used solely to:

• Determine whether your clinic is a fit for our services

Third-Party Processors

Form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form handling service. Formspree receives and forwards your submission to our email. Their privacy policy governs how they handle data in transit.

Data Retention

We retain inquiry submissions only as long as needed to respond and evaluate fit. If you would like your information deleted, email aidan@medsparecall.com and we will remove it within 7 days.

Lead Data (Our Service)

This section applies to lead contact information collected through advertising campaigns we run for client clinics.

Lead information is handled with the same care as patient data: collected with consent through your ad forms, used only to contact and book that lead for your clinic, never sold or shared, and every text includes a clear opt-out that is honored immediately.
