Answers before
the first call.
Everything medspa and botox clinic owners ask before starting a free trial. If your question isn't here, email aidan@medsparecall.com directly.
We don't find them — you already have them. Medspa Recall works from your existing patient database. We sort patients by lapse window (typically 6 to 18 months since their last visit), prioritize the highest-value segments first, and build a targeted outreach list from that data. No cold lists, no outside data sourcing — just your existing relationships, reactivated.
Yes. Before any patient data is accessed or used, we sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with your clinic. All outreach is conducted under HIPAA-compliant practices. Patient contact information is used solely for reactivation messaging and is never shared, sold, or retained beyond the engagement.
The trial month is free. After that, the entry model is commission-only — you pay 15% of booked revenue with no monthly retainer. If nothing books, you owe nothing. Once results are established and consistent, pricing moves to a $750 per month retainer plus 10% commission. The commission rate drops at that stage because volume increases and the cost per booking goes down. At a $528 average Botox session, two reactivated patients cover the retainer entirely — everything after that is recovered revenue.
Outreach sequences are designed to generate first responses within two to three weeks of launch. The first SMS touches go out within 48 hours of setup, and follow-up sequences run across the full trial window, so the picture of what your dormant list can generate is typically clear by day 30. Response rates depend on the age and quality of your patient database, which we assess before launch at no cost.
No — and there's no conflict. Your ads and social bring in new patients who've never heard of you. Medspa Recall brings back patients who already chose you once but drifted. These are different audiences, different channels, different messages. Reactivation is typically 3 to 5 times cheaper per booking than new patient acquisition because the trust barrier is already gone. Most clinics run both simultaneously.
We work with medspa and botox clinics in Maryland and Delaware. If your clinic performs aesthetic treatments and has a patient database with at least 6 to 12 months of history, you're a strong fit. Clinics with larger dormant lists (200+ inactive patients) tend to see the strongest results in the trial period.
Patient data is returned or deleted at the end of the engagement per your preference and under the terms of our BAA. We do not retain, resell, or use patient data for any purpose outside of the active reactivation campaign.
Messages go out under your clinic's name and read like a personal check-in from your team — not a mass marketing blast. A typical first message might say: "Hi [Name], it's been a while since your last visit at [Clinic Name]. We'd love to welcome you back — reply here or give us a call to get scheduled." The tone is warm and direct. We review and finalize all messaging with you before anything goes out. Nothing sends until you've approved it.
Every message includes a clear opt-out. Patients reply STOP and are immediately removed from all further outreach — permanently. We track opt-outs, never re-contact removed patients, and report the suppression list back to you. Compliance is built into the sequence from the start, not tacked on as an afterthought. Opt-out rates on well-matched reactivation lists are typically very low.
No. We don't integrate with your EMR, scheduling software, or booking platform. You provide a simple patient export — name, phone number, last visit date — and we handle everything from there. Interested patients are directed back to your existing booking flow exactly as it already works. Nothing in your current systems changes. No IT involvement, no installs, no logins.
Broadcast SMS marketing and reactivation outreach are fundamentally different things. Promotional blasts go to a cold or semi-warm list with a discount offer — the reader has no prior relationship to pull from. Reactivation messages go to people who already chose your clinic, experienced your service, and drifted for reasons that usually have nothing to do with dissatisfaction. A personalized, well-timed message to that audience lands in a completely different context. The channel is the same. The relationship isn't.
